Well it turns out it was a case of bad Google searching and not reading my own requirements properly.
I was looking for a tool that would combine Wave and After Effect into a tool I could use to create animated web pages. But as I have already answered, After Effects is not a tool for creating animated web pages. I was going to have to do the animations in wave, so it was of no use to me.
So, I did some more searching and came across a program called: Waves Effect Pro.
This app will combine your.wav files with After Effect and allows you to create 3d animations on your web pages. It has a range of very good presets, that create a range of animations from simple wave motion, to a full range of 3d animations.
I started downloading it as it seemed to be the best solution for me. But it was going to cost $89. So I contacted them via their facebook page and they said that the $89 version would only be required for the 3d animations.
So I went to the waves website and downloaded the $49 version of this program. I think it was worth every penny.

The beta-amyloid protein (beta-AP) precursor is processed to its proteolytically derived beta-AP component. Studies of the role of pro-beta-AP and amyloidogenic processing of beta-AP precursor in Alzheimer's disease are limited by the poor understanding of the factors that regulate amyloidogenic processing of beta-AP precursor. This proposal explores the regulation of pro-beta-AP and beta-AP generation by testing the following hypothesis: beta-AP precursor is expressed in neurons and glia as a form that can be rapidly converted to pro-beta-AP by the action of calcium. Pro-beta-AP is then converted to beta-AP by the action of calpain. The conversion of pro-beta-AP to beta-AP appears to be regulated by Ca/calmodulin and may be calcium-dependent. Therefore, the conversion of pro-beta-AP to beta-AP may represent a novel mode of glial cell-to-neuron communication.
